WhimsiTea Anniversary Giveaway – Official Rules

Eligibility

• Physical prizes are open to U.S. residents only.
• Digital prizes are open to participants worldwide.
• Must be 18 years or older to enter.
• Employees of WhimsiTea and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to Enter

• Participants must enter by signing up for our mailing list (Name, Email, Address).
• This information is never shared with a third party, and participants can unsubscribe at any time.
• Alternatively, participants may enter by liking and commenting on the giveaway post.
• Only one entry per person per giveaway—interacting with the post does not provide additional entries.

Giveaway Period

• The WhimsiTea Anniversary Giveaway runs from now through February 28th, 2024.
• Specific prizes will be announced throughout the event on designated giveaway days.

Prizes

• Prizes vary by day and are listed on the official giveaway post.
• No substitutions or cash alternatives will be offered.
• Winners of physical prizes must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 7 days of being contacted or forfeit their prize.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are selected using a random name generator.
• Winners will be announced publicly and notified via email or direct message.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

No Purchase Necessary

• No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
